This quick and easy homemade mini cloche will have you doin’ fancy decorating in no time! You only need three things to complete this little project that packs a punch.
Mini Cloche Supply List:
(the following are affiliate links which means should you purchase something I will make a small commission, your price stays exactly the same!)
Simply apply a small amount of glue to the know and press in place on the bottom of your glass. Allow to dry overnight. That’s it! SOOOO simple.
Given that glass cloches can be rather expensive to buy this DIY is a huge cost saver. You can put all kinds of fun stuff under them and it instantly makes whatever you tuck in there look important! (BTW I have tons of easy ideas, join the e-mail list if you want to see more!)
The form you have selected does not exist.
It made three and lined them up on a DIY piece of barnwood for extra impact. For fall I showed off large acorns from a Burr Oak tree. You could put picture, flowers, collectables, nature items and holiday décor inside.
Here is another on my fall mantel.
With so many fun hardware choices floating around these days the possibilities are endless…glass, colorful, silver, wood or brass. You can match your décor easily.
This project makes me think of the phrase “turn that frown upside down.” Sometimes you have to turn things on end for them to look brighter! I hope you enjoyed this fast and furious décor project and it made you smile today, if so…would you mind sharing it with others? You’re the best! Thanks friends!

Hi Kim, thanks so much for the idea, I am having a ladies tea with 18 gals friends with donations going to our local food bank, i always like to send the ladies home with a little gift, so I made 18 of these and placed a shell, some sand in a tiny bottle, white feather and their inital in white wood and placed them on a little glass plate, they look divine, you would love them, wish zi knew how to send you a pic but I really really want to thank you again for the idea, think Zi will even use the idea for little Christmas gifts, continued success

Those are adorable! Loved those knobs and looked around for some similar ones, but didn’t find. Can you link where you got them? Thx!
Kim at Salvaged Living says
They were taken out of our old house, so they are vintage! sorry, no source for you. I suggest looking at Hobby Lobby for fun ones or keep your eyes peeled at garage sales for bundles of old hardware to keep on hand for misc. projects like this!
