Our vintage Halloween house tour is full Halloween decorating ideas, here it is:
I realize not everyone is into Halloween. But we just think it’s so fun over here.
We don’t give into thinking witches are real or have power any more than I think a four leaf clover is lucky or there’s a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Rather, I think it’s just a nice break from normal, everyday life.
A chance to crazy up your house and dress up like your favorite character or monster. Life is too serious too much.
So, here’s a little break from reality as I show you how we Halloween at our place.
I love the old school vintage folk artsy kind of feel of Halloween.
By mixing in vintage art
with a black cat that doesn’t shedand a wonderland of fun little people and trinketsand pillows added here and therewith a pumpkin or two scattered abouton top of a crafty ghost or three
things even spill into the kids rooms, with a salt shaker tassels for each.We have managed to create a Halloween that is not to spooky, not to kooky and has something for everyone in our home. Here’s to hoping your All Hallow’s Eve is splendid…And you never get to grown up to enjoy a break from normal!

Cute and creepy, Kim! I love all of your fun Halloween and Fall decor!
I was just thinking about you yesterday. I was watching that Baylor couple from Waco do their show on HGTV – Fixer Uppers.
I think you need to start an Aggie version – something decorating and remodeling in Bryan/College Station!!
And I’m still working on how to get you connected to Amy Howard. I’ll keep you posted!????

Oh my gosh, such vintage goodness! My absolute favorite Halloween decorations are vintage or vintage-inspired. So all your goodies are right up my alley! I hate to say that no decorations have gone up this year due to a crazy fall schedule with three kids but I will just have to live vicariously through yours, I guess! We’d love to have you stop by our Vintage Charm Party #2 and share your awesome vintage Halloween-ness! http://charmbraceletdiva.blogspot.com/2015/10/vintage-charm-party-2.html

I understand – it can get so crazy. I would be worse off if we didn’t decorate. I don’t think my kids would let me hear the end of it!

Love the arched salvage piece you have on the wall by your built in’s! I hopped over from Saturday Sparks. Happy to have found you! I have a link party, Share Your Cup Thursday.
